Launcher download speeds are super slow, previous version doesn't update

The Diablo 4 Reflection launcher is downloading at 0.01 Mbps, can I use this torrent link instead?

Is this link always the most updated version of the game? I tried an old version I had downloaded and put the folder in my Games folder where I had linked the Launcher to download the game files to, but when I restarted the Launcher it wants to download the game all over again. Shouldn't it update game files if the files are from a previous version? I am now downloading the torrent in BitTorrent and when I am done, do I just move the folder to my Games folder? Thanks for any help.
EDIT: After moving the completed torrent file folder D4R_ENRU to my Games folder, the game works. Too bad the Launcher downloads so slowly for me and others, but I am super grateful the game works! You guys rock.

Delete your old folder D4. Than use torrent link to download client.
