no Knights in Tirmair to Talk for Quest

Good day.
I am supposed to talk to the knights in Tirmair..the place that is marked there are no knights to be found 1st screenshot
I watched a video about it and there are knights at the bottom left of the teleporter in the city of Tirmail .... but there is no one to talk to. 2nd screenshot.
Can I skip this or what am I doing wrong?
