trouble whit horadric door

the door open but the seal don disapear, and i cannot enter to the chamber.
already log out and reenter the game but the same issue.
this is the second character i made, the first one have bugged in the catedral because i left without the report to vigo and never can enter angain to get that report.

Jump through the seal. You will have to do this about 2 more times.
