I Couldn't get the Unique Items

I think there are something definitely went wrong about my account. I couldn't get unique items, I've been trying for more than 2 weeks, but still only drop off ancient legend, no matter where I went to nightmare dungeon, Whisper Tree Quest...etc., just no unique items drop off.
