The game does not try to connect to the server, it does not go past the diablo 4 screen, in another account if it connects correctly, what is the reason?

Do you get any error codes? Can you provide some screenshot please.
There is no error code, it simply does not attempt to connect to the server, with my other account if it enters so it is an account problem

Can you provide e-mail of the account that does not work, and profile link of that account on https://d4reflection.org/
Once I get that information, I will pass it to the devs so they can look in to it.
