Launcher - Too many TCP connections

Hello, I have cable internet and it cannot handle too many outgoing TCP connections.
Now I have like 3000 - 4000 connections made by launcher and it breaks my connections apart (loading this forum took 5 minutes with some timeouts) and it does not download faster still.
Is there any option to limit Launcher connections - I use like 300 in my qBittorrent - should be enough? I am looking forward to play, but still downloading.

Try to use VPN Poland.
Thank you for the advice, the VPN helped a little with the network load because it cuts off excessive connections once in about 5s, but did not help with game download speed. People are not seeding?
There is no way to increase the speed.
