Launcher Freezes and stops downloading

can someone please send me the link to download the new game pach over torrent ? the launcher keeps freezing and stopping midway trough the download. it goes from download really fast to stopping and not downloading anything at all. i done it 2 times already in the spam of yesterday and today.

There are two ways. Download from the launcher and via torrent (button in the launcher).
