Cannot Attack Outside Town

I'm level 16 Rogue and recently i've been having issues completely not being able to use any skills or attacks outside of town anywhere. I've closed down repeatedly and re-logged in and even restarted. I've tried to Teleport to different regions and test different settlements. nothing.

What have you done before that happened?

I have tested Rogue skills personally and all of them working as they should.

Please provide AS MUCH information as you can

I am having the same problem. It's the communication to the server.

I created and new character (necromancer) and confirm it's the lag. The ingame ping is around 300ms, but attacks would sometimes have to wait much longer to register. My summons sometimes get stuck and have to wait for a while before they start moving again from the lag.

The game was working fine a few days ago, only having problem since yesterday.
