diablo 4 big bug my character can no longer attack and enters the dungeon or cave

This appeared since my PC was turned off when loading when exiting a cave and since then my character can no longer interact in attack or enter dungeons but I can be attacked but I cannot use my combat skills

    Did you pay attention to which step you have got that problem?

    The same thing happened to me!When I left the game, logging back in the next day happened. But creating a new character can still play normally. Currently, two necromancer characters are unable to release skills and enter dungeons.

    please fix this bug and fix serveur or make a new serveur europe

    Unfortunately, to make a new server is not possible. Our team is quite small and not like Blizzard with thousands of workers.

    I deleted the character and I restored or recovered them and the bug was corrected, but the servers still have lags,

    my character is no longer blocked

    I've had similar problem, though I did notice by pressing space to do slide or whatever, I can start to interact with things again
