How to use the Paragon Board and Legendary items

Does anyone know how to use the Paragon Board after Lvl 50, nothing works from online searches and where to find any Legendary items, was looking to find some by now. Any ideas?

    Paragon is not available at the moment.

    Paragon board isnt working. I guess it wasnt usable during beta. On legendary items you can purchase random items on the "Purveyor of curiosities" vendor using obols that you get completing Defiled ground and Ancient Syphon events.
