can not do anything

im inside Eldhaime Keep and the current mission progress is Find Donan in the Great Hall.I am right outside the gate when there is a barricade,at this point i can not do anything with my character from attacking to using skill

    well apparently i can just fix the problem by fast travel to somewhere else
