when i start launcher then the game all thing is normal but it stuck in this picture and not show any login message
you can say this picture appear forever without any login message

The problem is on your side. The server is fine.
Are the game client and launcher files included in the exceptions/whitelist of antivirus software and firewall?
the firewall have allow access for Diablo IV and Reflection Network Launcher APP
anything else should i ensure for it ?
any solution i can do for my problem?
