I can't enter my character in the new update? There is a bug. difficulty level 1

Hello; I can't open my "Cayro" character since 29.07.2023 Update. It stays on the black screen. My character "Cayro" has never been selected world 2 since the previous version. "Cayro" is selected in world 1. I don't know why either. Will I be able to play the "Cayro" character again? Are you able to solve this problem?
My other question is that the character I just started is very, very weak. It dies quickly. The character is not equal to the enemy's as much as the level. As if it was more difficult. I guess we can't enter the 2nd, 3rd, 4th tabs in the Difficulty level World tabs. Instead, you created it in the first 1st tab.
Can blue missions be done? I tired, no way.

World Tier doesn't matter. You can swap them in any way you like.
Check that your AV do not block RN launcher and game files. Best way is to whitelist them.
Also make sure that you have got a solid, stable internet connection. Try to use VPN and/or try to enter in the game with another internet connection (such as a mobile network).

This is a list of working/non-working side quests.
Before the update I had 3 characters that I unlocked. After the update, I enter 2 characters into the game. The other one does not enter the game that I left in the latest update. It stays on the black screen.
