General

  • General principles of character leveling have been changed. The maximum character level is now 60, and the maximum Paragon level (total per game mode) is now 300.

Characters above level 50 will be adjusted to become level 50 once the update is installed.

  • Paragon glyphs now have different leveling mechanics. Maximum glyph level is now 46. Implemented legendary glyph bonuses. Adjusted generic bonuses for many glyphs.

Due to significant amount of changes, Paragon glyphs have been reset for all characters.

  • [Early Access] A new class, the Spiritborn, is available.

At the moment, all Spiritborn skills have been implemented, except for some Ultimate skills. We will implement the rest in the near future.

We remind that Early Access features are only available to active Reflection Plus subscribers.

  • Group Search is now available. You can find a group or place an application from the ‘Social’ tab.
  • On the map, you can now mark a ‘favorite’ teleport point to the desired portal in a city.
  • Adjusted and fixed player animations when using traversal points in the world.
  • Fixed attack animations for some characters. Skill animations now correctly depend on the weapon in hand.
  • Fixed bugs with changing the difficulty level via the World Level Statue in the world.
  • System (hidden) achievements will no longer be shown to the player.

Game World

A new region is available: Nahantu. It can be unlocked by going through a new act of the Campaign.

  • New region progress rewards available
  • New Strongholds available
  • New side quests and altars available on the map
  • New dungeons and new Aspects available for the first play-through

Side quests for the new region are still in development, as mentioned in the roadmap. We will remove the unfeasible quests from the game for revision once we have collect required data.

  • Uber-bosses: Echo of Varshan and Echo of Lord Zir are available. Items for summoning them can be found during various game activities, starting from "Torment I" difficulty. Rewards for killing an Uber-boss include at least 1 unique item.
  • Global difficulty mechanics have been changed. There are now 8 difficulty levels in the game, with final game content starting from "Torment I" difficulty. Even hihger tiers can be unlocked by progressing through The Pit.
  • Adjusted health and damage for both monsters and players throughout the game. Updated armor and damage calculation according to new version rules. Adjusted monsters damage by their quality (elite, bosses, etc.)
  • Reworked visual effects for majority of player skills. Adjusted area of effect for those skills, to fit the new visual effects.
  • Fixed various bugs with channeled skills, improved channeling control responsiveness for skills which support it.
  • Player character ApS (actions per second) stat now correctly decreases the minimum delay between consecutive skill casts.
  • Fixed bugs during player character resurrection, including those preventing cast of any skills after respawn.
  • Fixed bug causing equipped legendary and unique item powers to be disabled after respawn, until reequipping the items.

Mercenaries and Bartering are now available. You can unlock them by completing a new Campaign Act and special Mercenary tasks.

  • Mercenaries help players both in combat and by rewarding players for helping mercenaries level up. Mercenary experience can be gained by completing tasks, side quests, events, dungeons, and simply by killing elite monsters. Mercenaries can be leveled up indefinitely, earning currency for each upgrade.
  • Bartering is unlocked on reaching the required mercenary level and allows buying desired items with currency of the Pale Hand.

Some mercenary skills and abilities are still in progress. However, we have made mercenaries invulnerable in combat until their mechanics are finalized.

  • In Nightmare Dungeons, the Obducite required for Masterworking now drops from elite monsters.
  • In the Pit, Paragon glyphs enhancement stand is now available near the end of the walkthrough.

  • Side quests to unlock Mercenaries are also available for completion.

  • Quest items inventory tab has been removed from the game, quest items will no longer appear in inventory.
  • Improved performance of the Whispering Tree reward task for a completed quest. Quests now don't bug/freeze if you close reward selection window.
  • Corrected missing quest companion NPCs throughout the game at some points. Fixed issues that caused regular NPCs to ‘duplicate’ with companions.

Items

  • Due to severe balance changes, all current player items have been marked "Legacy Items" and their Item Power was capped at 540.
  • Fixed bugs causing some item affixes, including tempering affixes, to always have a minimum roll value. It will now randomize correctly for the newly created items.

  • You can now get Leather and Iron for salvaging items. You can now get Resplendent Spark for salvaging mythical items.
  • Increased the overall chance of dropping crafting currencies from monsters. Added Leather and Iron to monster loot.
