Scosglen - The Downs, Side quests "the wrong hands" & "a different beast" the quest NPC "Artair" nowhere to be found on map

What about the bug for other side quest in the same location - "Remembering the Goose" ? The quest markers also show incorrectly for placing the dagger in the Highland Bear Den
Some side quests are in development.
