I can't enter any of the 3 characters. Solution

Before the update I had 3 characters that I unlocked. I'm playing 2 characters after the update. There is no problem in entering the game. The other character, the "Cayro", does not enter the game. Despite all attempts, the "Cayro" character stays on the Black screen and I cannot enter. At the previous end, I got the Network disconnet error. Then there was the update. Now I can't use my "Cayro" character. Will there be a solution?
Please! Can you find a solution to my "Cayro" character? Maybe it will be fixed if spawn for other "kyovashad" city from last location.

Can you provide your battletag? You can find it in your launcher (right top corner, like username#0000)
