Masterworked Unique Items not reseting at blacksmith

I have a Unique item, and when I try to reset its masterwork (its not rank 12) it , instead has its masterwork upgraded further!

I tested with many unique items (ancestral has no bug) and got the same bug with all... so I CANT RESET ranks at blacksmith.

Kindly look into this please. Tnx.

    none of my unique items are account bound and masterworks cant be reseted at any rank.

    please look into it, its a very bad BUG THAT WASNT IN THE GAME a few weeks ago!
