This is happening because you have got too many side-quests in your quest book. This is a known issue. Remove your side-quests and you should be alright with a map.

Hello. Currently, D4 Reflection supports only the ENG and RU version of the game. But I can say that there's a chance of adding additional languages in the future. Developers are busy with another more important stuff.
