Unable to Pre-Purchase Vessel of Hatred

I currently have sufficient Platinum, and each time I try to buy the pre-purchase of the Vessel of Hatred, it takes me to the payment screen, and on exiting that, in the shop page, my Platinum coins disappear, and on any product, I get a message stating that "Balance could not be calculated". I have fully disabled my antivirus and firewall, just to be sure. I do not get any error message. If screenshot(s) is/are needed, I can reply with them.

    Just learned from Discord chat, that the payment system for the pre-purchase will not work as it is not compatible with RN, and any attempt to use it will fail. Sad, because I wanted it so much! :-(
