My controller is not working - Recognize but cant move anything in game

I would like to know how to solve a problem with the controller, where it cannot move anything in the game, when I press it, the game understands that there is a controller and changes the hud, but nothing worked

    We have not tested the game for compatibility with controllers. We are opponents of console developers.

    I'm also a PC gamer, but I'm training to be an athlete, and every day I do cardio on the bike while playing, and the controller allows me to play during this exercise

    I'm playing with xbox elite series 2 controller, it works very well
