Cannot finish/activate quest....

As you can see in the picture I can click on the Altar and it will do something but then the altar cannot be activated so im hard stuck on the quest.
please help me out. did i miss something?

You missed the altar. Look for a video walkthrough of this quest. The marker on the map may not be displayed correctly.
