login and server problem

I have 2 problems
1,I use d4 launcher to enter the game, if i exit, i can not login again, unless i quit the launcher, the ReflectionNetworkLauncher.
it means i have to quit and reopen the launcher in order to login again, if i do not reopen the launcher, the game will says,"can not login to the game, error code 2"
2, if i login to the game, i only can play about 10 minutes, after that, i will stuck in the game, i can open the menu such as skills, character, but i can not walk or do anything, the mana or other number remain still.
press leave the game try to go back to the main menu is useless, must quit the game and quit the launcher in order to login again, i guess i must disconnected from the server? i don't know.
my system is windows 11 24h2, and 2 folders, the launcher install folder and the game folder all added to the windows firewall and the defense unblock list, and, so no report from the windows defense center.
what's my problem cause for? i want to play, haha.
