Cant get side quests. Error message.

When I try to get any side quest Its not possible and I receive a message: "All your party needs to be alive and healthy (?) to do this" <- not exact.
Im not and were not in any partys, so I cant imagine what caused this.

Try to log out the launcher and log in again.

Some clarifications:
It happens with any quest giver. Already attempted to check-repair the instalation. Already checked to see if theres anything on the party or guild pages.... nothing. Also, already attempted without the merceneries you see on the pic.

I quit every side quest i had going and now it seems to have fixed. At least the one on the pic started to work
