General

  • Updated server framework components for improved performance and stability.
  • Fixed a bug preventing purchase of extra stash tabs.
  • Fixed a bug causing some player GUI information to be displayed incorrectly immediately after entering game.
  • Fixed a bug preventing Paragon Glyph upgrading past certain level.
  • Adjusted internal function for some areas in the world. Specific dungeons like City of Ancients and Season hubs now can contain other players after associated storyline is completed. Fixed duplicated or missing objects in such areas.
  • Fixed a bug preventing skip of vanilla campaign after skipping Vessel of Hatred campaign.
  • Various small bugfixes and improvements.
  • Fixed in-game shop.


Game world

  • Blood Maiden ritual is now available during Helltide.

Required Hearts can be obtained via tortured rewards.

  • Whispering Tree bounties for Nahantu region now available.
  • Helltide will now always grant 3 special bounty assignments.
  • Whispering Tree will now always offer a bounty related to Uber Bosses and the Pit.
  • Added some more dialogue quotes for Mercenaries.
  • Mercenary unlock quests are now considered completed after skipping campaign. This fixes an issue of these quests being unavailable for some players.


Items

  • Fixed incorrect Masterworking resource type for event rewards. Adjusted resource quantity.

Resources can be traded at Alchemist.

  • Fixed salvaging rewards for Rare items, removed obsolete resource types.
  • Greater item affix will now always have maximum value roll.

This change applies to existing items.

  • Adjusted Item Power scaling with level. New items at level 60 will have 750 IP.
  • Ancestral items now always have 800 IP. Fixed a bug causing non-legendary items to become Ancestral. Fixed incorrect tooltips for Ancestral Items.

This change does NOT apply to existing items.


Runes

Implemented Runes and Runewords.

  • A total of around 30 runes is available.
  • Runes can be obtained by killing bosses, competing bounties, and clearing Helltide.
  • Adjusted some game mechanics to support Runewords.
  • Implemented Runes tutorial quest.


Seasonal mode

  • Chance to get Ancestral items is doubled in seasonal mode.
  • At season end, total Paragon level in Seasonal will now also replace Eternal Realm Paragon level if latter was lower.

This change applies to current November Season rotation.


Class Skills

  • Player minions now have same incoming damage reduction scaling with level as monsters do.
  • Fixed generic vulnerable chance on lucky hit effect on items and some talents.


Sorcerer

  • Fixed Frost Nova Enchantment not triggering by Ice Blades and Familiars.
  • Fixed Familiar damage not scaling with skill rank.
  • Fixed Frigid Breeze and Convulsion talents not triggering in some cases.


Necromancer

  • Raise Skeleton: fixed visual effects, fixed spawn animations.
  • Decompose: fixed explosion visual effects and damage.
  • Corpse Explosion: fixed visual effects, removed detonation delay, increased miasma pool tick rate (dps remains the same).
  • Corpse Tendrils: fixed visual effects, increased pull radius.
  • Blood Wave: fixed visual effects, area of effect, and damage reduction from Prime Blood Wave.
  • Army of the Dead: fixed visual effects. Supreme Army of the Dead no longer summons skeleton warriors and mages without Raise Skeleton skill allocated.


[Early-access] Spiritborn

  • Fixed Focal Point talent.
  • Implemented The Hunter skill.
  • Implemented The Devourer skill.
