Cannot Restart Campaign with a New Character

Hello,

I'm trying to restart the campaign in Diablo 4 with a new character. However, after finishing the character customization, I am unable to select the "Campaign Settings" option. The button is greyed out, and I cannot proceed.

I have played the campaign before with another character, so I was expecting to have the option to restart. Is there a specific step I’m missing, or is this a bug?

Do I need to create a new Reflection account or do something else to restart the campaign? If that’s the case, it feels very inconvenient to create a new account every time I want to replay the campaign.
