Can`t enter the game

Hello, I have problem with entering the game. I logging in and selecting char clicking start game and after few seconds I am getting back to character selection screen. How can I fix that?

Столкнулся с тем же.
При выборе персонажа экран чернеет, остаётся лишь плашка "играть" и "магазин" вверху экрана. Загрузочный экран не появляется.
how did you fixed that?
никак. Жду помощи в решении проблемы.

Аналогично при выборе 2й сложности, на 1м тире нормально запускается, ждём фиксы...
i start game after its screen
When i pick "Veteran" i have the same, but when i start on "Adventurer" game starts normal.
После обновления у меня и на 1 сложности так
downloaded the game just now its not running.. secondly its downloading again by saying repairing files
