This item is supposed to give you a 60% (x) buff, but it doesnt. It also doesnt give 100% dmg bonus against demons like it should.
To think I salvaged a rank 12 Harlequim Crest to craft this is infuriating.

PLease, so much effort down the drain, allow me to have the Harlequim Crest back please!
I'm afraid that's not possible. This is not practiced on any project.
Well, it was worth the attempt lol... having to suck up the loss takes the fun out of the game.
When possible, fix the item because its supposed to rock.
