Stuck on 1171/2017 repair

Hi! Game is installed (from torrent) but repair got stuck at 1171/2017. Is it due to corrupted files? Any alternative to workaround this issue?

I have W10, home edition, 64 bits.

    Is the launcher installed in the default directory? Be sure to put it in the folder C:\Program Files...

    It is. I will try to download an install everything again...

    Have you unchecked the "Read-only" checkbox in the properties of the launcher and client folders?
