it doesn't work for anyone
It works but bugged and not corretly implemented.
Regarding way-point. It's not available not because of the "bug".
It's becoming available in 5 Act during main-story quests.
Exactly, and the rewards there can be claimed twice, xp and gold, i dont remember if it also gave me obols or not, but i think it did not.
No obols just xp and 10k gold
