Necromancer Golems problem

Hello, has anyone managed to complete the Necromancer priority quest, Call of the Underworld Walkthrough, and unlock access to the golems?
There are practically no enemies in the quest area and finding and killing them in other locations does not drop the necessary Unbroken Bones :/
It's also weird that when I start tracking the task, the area of the circle should turn blue and stay white all the time.
