A lot of bug

When use "space" to evade sometimes I fall under the map and stuck, I'm trying to play but now I'm stuck here. Leave game, teleport, exit game, restart device but nothing happened. I can't even upload screenshots of the area itself. Unable to do the Secrets of the Horadrim mission because the dungeon entrance was replaced by an open passage leading directly in. Whether I went wrong somewhere in the settings or just the game still has a lot of bugs. I'm just getting started and it's so hard
