Necromancer Problems

Cant get my golem. I was at the altar, spoke to the guy there and got the quest to collect the bones. But nothing happend. I cant collect the bones if the enemies who drop the bones dont show up.
I checked the altar multiple times since then, also after restarts. But i cant activate the altar or the guy anymore and the enemies still dont show up. Meanwhile i'm at lvl 31 and dont want to make a new necromancer just to get the my golem.
Another problem are my skeletons, they tend to vanish without reason. Once summoned they should stay with me until they die or i sacrifice them.
P.S:
I miss my necromancer in d3...diablo without necro is like big bang theory without sheldon -,-

Gli scheletri svaniscono quando cambi un pezzo di armatura/arma (anche se credo non dovrebbe essere così)
