In this thread, I summarised all available information regarding developing characters mechanics/talents on our server.

I will add more information in this thread as the server is still in a constant development process.

All unwanted comments will be deleted as I don't want to see any spam here.

General

Patch 0.0.2:

  • Fixes to several class skills.
  • Fixed some issues with effects triggering monster death.
  • The cooldown time when clicking on the skill tree is 0.5 seconds.
  • Book of the Dead fixes.
  • Increased damage from skeletons, reduced the maximum health of skeletons.
  • Fixed attack range for initial weapon attack skills.
  • All learned skills in the tree have been reset for all players.


Patch 0.0.4:

  • AI basic melee attack now won't damage the target regardless of distance.
  • Fixed bugs related to equipment of two-handed weapons for Sorcerer, Druid, and Necromancer.
  • Fixed a bug that allowed unlimited learning of skills with a negative value of available points. The learned skills and skill panel are reset for all players.


Patch 0.0.5:

  • Fixed bugs related to buff and minion transition between areas.
  • The "PvP Damage Reduction" stat now works and shows correctly.


Patch 0.1.0:

  • Fixed damage reduction in PvP, target detection, and number of fragments.
  • Implemented the function of a complete reset of the skill tree.
  • Fixed scaling of health and damage for elite and rare mobs, as well as bosses.
  • Spider hosts now correctly create spiders after death.
  • Fixed the distribution of the skill panel.
  • Skill descriptions on the panel will now show the selected improvements. If in rare cases the improvement is not displayed, they are still active in battle.


Patch 0.1.3:

  • Fixed thorns application radius and damage calculation.


Patch 0.2.0:

  • Fixed a bug that caused incoming damage reduced by armor values to work incorrectly.
  • Fixed the mechanics of evading charges obtained from affixes on boots.
  • Adjusted the damage delay when casting skills.


Patch 0.2.2:

  • Resistances from items now stack multiplicatively.
  • Fixed resistance calculation in combat.
  • Fixed armor contribution against elemental damage


Patch 0.2.4:

  • Increased Elite monsters' health and damage.
  • Implemented Elite monster skills: Frozen, Mortar, Plague Bearer, Poison Enchanted.
  • Fixed targeting of some Elite monster skills.


Patch 0.4.0:

  • Fixed amount of skill points and Paragon points acquired with leveling up.
  • Exploration progress and Lilith Altars will now correctly award bonus Paragon points.
  • Implemented Paragon points allocation and saving.


Patch 0.4.1:

  • Fixed a bug with Supreme Wrath of the Berserker and Grizzly Rage incremental damage bonuses, which could lead to a negative damage bonus.

Note: those bonuses now won't show in character stats, but will still work in combat.


Patch 0.4.2:

  • Implemented correct Lucky Hit calculation
  • Fixed all skills, talents, and enchantments related to Lucky Hit procs.


Patch 0.6.2:

  • Fixed bonuses to resource gain and regeneration are not being applied sometimes.

    Barbarian

    Patch 0.1.0:

    • Added Iron Maelstrom, Wrath of the Berserker.
    • Deathblow cooldown reset can only occur once per 2 seconds.


    Patch 0.1.3:

    • Implemented the following passive Talents: Aggressive Resistance, Booming Voice, Battle Fervor, Brute Force, Concussion, Counteroffensive, Cut to the Bone, Defensive Stance, Duelist, Endless Fury, Expose Vulnerability, Furious Impulse, Guttural Yell, Hamstring, Heavy Handed, Imposing Presence, Invigorating Fury, Martial Vigor, No Mercy, Outburst, Pit Fighter, Pressure Point, Prolific Fury, Quick Impulses, Raid Leader, Slaying Strike, Swiftness, Tempered Fury, Thick Skin, Tough as Nails, Wallop.


    Patch 0.2.2:

    • Fixed Barbarian innate damage reduction of 10%, stacks multiplicatively with armor and resistances.


    Patch 0.4.0:

    • Implemented Unconstrained, Walking Arsenal, Unbridled Rage, Gushing Wounds.


    Patch 0.4.3:

    • Fixed Deathblow AoE size, reverted cooldown removal penalty. Cooldown is now removed on kill with this skill, without restrictions.


    Patch 0.6.2:

    • Implemented Barbarian legendary affixes, added to loot pool.
    • Fixed Hammer of the ancients skill upgrades.


    Patch 0.7.2:

    • Implemented Weapon Expertise mechanics, they are unlocked automatically at character level 5.
    • Implemented class specialisation quest and the Technique slot.

    Note: Weapon Expertise progression is awarded per successful hit with weapon skill, and progression amount also depends on hitpoints lost by the enemy. With other things being equal, killing a monster in one strong hit will yield same progression as killing this monster in several weaker hits.

    Druid

    Patch 0.1.0:

    • Added Petrify, Cataclysm, Grizzly Rage, and fixed Shred and Pulverize.


    Patch 0.2.0:

    • Changing the Druid's form now has a recovery time of 1 second.
    • The following talents have been implemented: Abundance, Ancestral Fortitude, Call of the Wild, Circle of Life, Clarity, Crushing Earth, Defensive Posture, Defiance, Digitigrade Gait, Elemental Exposure, Endless Tempest, Heart of the Wild, Heightened Senses, Iron Fur, Mending, Natural Disaster, Natural Fortitude, Nature's Reach, Nature's Resolve, Neurotoxin, Predatory Instinct, Safeguard, Stoneguard, Unrestrained, Vigilance.


    Patch 0.2.4:

    • Implemented Charged Atmosphere, Electric Shock, Bad Omen.


    Patch 0.4.2:

    • Implemented Ursine Strength, Bestial Rampage, Lupine Ferocity, Perfect Storm, Earthen Might, Wild Impulses.


    Patch 0.7.0:

    • Implemented Druid Legendary affixes, added to loot pool.


    Patch 0.7.2:

    • Implemented class specialisation quest and the Spirit Boon mechanics.

    Note: Spirit offerings will appear in random loot after quest completion.

    Sorcerer

    Patch 0.0.4:

    • The following passive skills are implemented: Devastation, Glass Cannon, Hoarfrost, Icy Touch, Icy Veil, Inner Flames, Permafrost, Cold Front, Conduction, Conjuration Mastery, Convulsions, Coursing Currents, Crippling Flames, Devouring Blaze, Electrocution, Elemental Attunement, Elemental Dominance, Endless Pyre, Fiery Surge, Frigid Breeze, Mana Shield, Potent Warding, Protection, Shocking Impact, Snap Freeze, Soul Fire, Warmth.
    • Fixed Frozen Orb mana cost.


    Patch 0.1.0:

    • Added Inferno.


    Patch 0.2.4:

    • Teleport skill now has minimum travel distance.
    • Fixed Fireball mana cost.


    Patch 0.4.0:

    • Implemented Avalanche, Shatter, Vyr's Mastery, Esu's Ferocity.


    Patch 0.4.2:

    • Implemented Crackling Energy mechanics.
    • Fixed all skill upgrades, talents, and enchantments related to Crackling Energy.
    • Fixed Spark upgrades and enchantment.
    • Implemented Overflowing Energy, Precision Magic, Meteor enchantment.


    Patch 0.6.0:

    • Ice Shards will now shoot projectiles in sequence with narrower spread.


    Patch 0.6.2:

    • Fixed Incinerate visual effects, beam can now be rotated while channeling.


    Patch 0.7.2:

    • Implemented class specialisation quest, as a proper way to unlock Enchantment slots.

    Note: Players who already had those slots unlocked simply by leveling will now need to complete the quest to be able to use Enchantment slots again.


    Patch 0.7.4:

    • Implemented Unstable Currents

    For the duration, this skill will suppress other abilities which automatically cast free spells, such as Enchantments for Frozen Orb, Chain Lightning, and others.

    Necromancer

    Patch 0.1.0:

    • Added Blood Wave, Bone Storm.


    Patch 0.2.2:

    • Increased skeleton health.


    Patch 0.2.3:

    • Bone Storm: increased tick rate, damage per second remains the same.
    • Implemented following Talents: Amplify Damage, Bonded in Essence, Coalesced Blood, Compound Fracture, Crippling Darkness, Death's Defense, Death's Embrace, Death's Reach, Drain Vitality, Evulsion, Fueled by Death, Gloom, Grim Harvest, Gruesome Mending, Hewed Flesh, Imperfectly Balanced, Inspiring Leader, Memento Mori, Necrotic Carapace, Rapid Ossification, Reaper's Pursuit, Serration, Skeletal Mage Mastery, Skeletal Warrior Mastery, Spiked Armor, Terror, Tides of Blood, Unliving Energy.


    Patch 0.4.2:

    • Implemented Kalan's Edict, Ossified Essence, Rathma's Vigor, Shadowblight.
    • The effect of Imperfectly Balanced will now show in core skills tooltips.


    Patch 0.6.2:

    • Fixed Blood Lance and Blood Surge skill upgrades.


    Patch 0.7.0:

    • Fixed all Book of the Dead Sacrifice bonuses for skeletons and golems (golems will be available to play in next update).
    • Fixed Skeleton Mastery, Death's Defense, and Book of the Dead upgrades not being reapplied on region/world change.
    • Existing skeletons will now be recalculated when changing equipment and Paragon points, instead of despawning.

    Note that changing Book of the Dead selections still despawns old minions.


    Patch 0.7.2:

    • Implemented class specialisation quest and all Golem minions and upgrades.

    Note: Golem can be switched at will via Book of the Dead, but if it was killed in combat, a cooldown must pass before any kind of Golem can spawn again.


    Patch 0.7.4:

    • Implemented Necromancer Legendary affixes, added to loot pool.
    • Fixed Bone Prison.
    • Fixed Bone Splinters visual effects.
    • Fixed Shadowblight key talent.

    Rogue

    Patch 0.0.5:

    • Talents "Agile", "Adrenaline Rush", "Sturdy" are working properly now.


    Patch 0.1.0:

    • Added Rain of Arrows, Death Trap, fixed Twisting Blades
    • Added Deadly Venoms, Exploit, Frigid Finesse, Chilling Weight, Concussive, Consuming Shadows, Debilitating Toxins, Haste, Reactive Defense, Rugged, Malice, Weapon Mastery, Mending Obscurity, Rapid Gambits, Trap Mastery, Innervation, Shadow Crash, Siphoning Strikes, Stutter Step, Trick Attacks

    • Fixed various bugs with Stealth and Imbuement skills.
    • Implemented Precision Imbuement.

    • Imbue skill now won't apply to basic skills (Blade Shift, Invigorating Strike, Puncture, Heartseeker, Forceful Arrow).
    • Implemented Momentum, Close Quarters Combat, Precision, Victimize.


    Patch 0.4.2:

    • Implemented Alchemist Fortune


    Patch 0.6.0:

    • Implemented Aftermath talent.


    Patch 0.7.2:

    • Implemented class specialisation quest, along with Rogue specialization mechanics.


    Patch 0.7.4:

    • Implemented Rogue Legendary affixes, added to loot pool.
    • Implemented Exposure key talent.
    • Fixed Stun Grenades.
    • Barrage now shoots projectiles in sequence.
