Cannot Access Login Screen

I've tried everything offered on the forum
- No Firewall
- Use Launcher as Admin
- VPN
- Check Game data
- No antivirus
Still cannot get to login screen, I just reach the main window in front of the gate but nowhere to enter my login details, so it probably does not connect to the server.
Would you be able to help please, I couldn't find any other solution in the other posts.

Firewall is a utility built into the OS. Try to add the launcher and client files to the exceptions/whitelist.
I thought that disabling the firewall was enough. Thank you brother, see you in game!
hello i've the same problem can you explain how did you fix?
i turned off the firewall, nothing i've no login boxes at the main gate screen...
Whitelist all the folder from antivirus check.
Don't touch firewall
