Ping ok but server freezes.

Hey guys, please explain to me how it is right now in there, in game ping looks fine for me is arround 100 ms, but the server is constantly frozen, it looks like the server cant handle the amount of player logged in or DDOS atacks going on ? or what ? :) Please explain, thank you in advance ! :)

    Currently server is overloaded. Especially WT1 and WT2 are overloaded due to lots of new players and it may be the reason for delays/black screens/other network related problems. Developers looking in to this and should be fixed soon.
