Altars of Lillith incorect bonus stats

Hello.

I would like to report a bug that i noticed after going for Altar of Lillith rewards. I am curently playing Barbarian not sure if this is for every other class but i notice that Altar Of Lillith should give +2 stats after you get it but it doesnt, it gives +1 stat instead of +2.

I was watching my stats i had 336 strenght and after taking Altar of Lillith its notification says ''you gained +2 stats of strength'' i check on my stats it gives only +1 so i read 337. I checked it up few more times on other Altars of Lillith, same thing, Altar anounces +2 stats, and on your char stat screen you get only +1.

+ Another bug that i noticed and that is in the achivment board regarding Scosglen area there is total 34 Altars Of Lillith, i got all of them but when i reach to the last one it resets. So i am not sure if i am being clear but its like this:

I own 33 out of 34 Altar Of Lilliths in Scosglen area, when i go for the last Altar to get 34 one of them always resets so you end up being always 33 out of 34. If you try to get last it resets random Altar and keeps you on 33.
