I am currently unable to destroy the barricades while doing the main quest : In Ruins.

There is no need to create such themes. You need to be a little smart.

Teleport to the city through the Tab, walk to the marker on the map and jump into the main hall through the main entrance.

I have a Http Code Error Asnwer : Request Failed with status code 413 ( I also disabled my uBlock Origin) when trying to put screenshot ,thats why i am using gdrive

As I said, you must jump through the barricade.

He doesn't jump over it. Same problem. Rebooting and changing characters doesn't help.
