General
- Performed capital maintenance to improve server stability. Fixed random server disconnects, reduced network latency, improved server performance in all situations.
Quests
- Angel of Death: quest will now continue if player skips chooses to skip dialogue with npc at first level of the Pandemonium Fortress.
Class Skills
- Fixed "missing damage ticks" for Barbarian Whirlwind and Monk Tempest Rush. Character attack speed will now directly affect damage done by those skills, instead of the tick rate.
