It wont let me level to the 100

Hello.

I am curently playing Barbarian and i am stuck at level 99. It wont let me reach 100 level cap. I canot get anymore expirience no mater what i do.

    Go to WT3 and up level there.

    Hello. I tried just now to go to WT3 and did tree of whispers but it still wont give me any expirience, its just stuck on level 99 and i reacive 0 expirience anymore, am i doing something wrong?

    Go to WT3 and up level there.U can obtain experience through PVP

    Thank you, for some reason it was not letting me get expirence even after changin, but i did it couple of times and it worked!
